It is Thursday already! One of the special day of the week for me and the time to update about the green of life and living. My post for today is Kangkong (water spinach) that I planted at home's plant box. Kangkong is one of my favorite green leafy vegetable. I already made sinigang (sour broth) and stir fried dishes from these plants. A worth sharing vegetable for today's Thursday.

  2. It doesn't look like spinach. Do you cook it and eat it raw?
